By creating an account on PennyPoint and/or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
PennyPoint is available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and legally able to enter into binding agreements under applicable law. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Account activation requires a one-time membership fee, which grants access to the referral system and earning features. This fee is non-refundable once your account has been fully activated and your referral link has been issued.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. PennyPoint is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence.
Commissions are only earned when referred individuals complete their account activation. Fraudulent referrals — including self-referrals, fake accounts, or bot-generated signups — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all pending earnings.
PennyPoint reserves the right to audit referral activity and withhold or reverse commissions found to be in violation of these terms.
Withdrawals are subject to a minimum threshold of ₦5,000 NGN or $5 USD. All withdrawal requests are subject to verification. PennyPoint aims to process requests promptly but does not guarantee a specific processing timeline. Payments are made to the bank account or wallet details provided by the member. PennyPoint is not liable for failed payments due to incorrect banking information supplied by the member.
Members may not: create multiple accounts; use automated systems to generate referrals; misrepresent PennyPoint to potential referrals; harass, spam, or mislead other users; or engage in any activity that violates applicable law.
PennyPoint provides this platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.
PennyPoint reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will endeavour to notify members of significant changes via email.
